There is an important event of a housing action forum 7-8pm Wurster hall. This would involve community organizations and campus organizations and we will have panda express and games, and I will pass out flyers on the QR code to promote the event.

Looking for more collaboration with senators on basic needs on the resources they offer, so if you can reach out that would be great. The student opportunity fund has opportunities for ASUC representatives. I would like more student input that would be great. Thank you!

Adding on to that, making the meeting more accessible to people, people did not know that this existing, people do not feel inclined to come how would they know this meeting is the chancellor meeting, or something that can be sent to all students, it might cause some logistic issues but having one of the rooms on the fifth floor projecting tv or live stream if people want to follow it or have an instant post recapping what happened, making it more accessible would be good

We did reach over capacity last time if we want to publicize it more, the questions are linked in much vice president

Before the next chancellor meeting happens can we have a question writing workshop that we know what we are doing
