Amending ASUCBL 1110: Onboarding & Leadership Development

This resolution amends ASUC Bylaw 1110 to integrate the Transfer Student Representative more fully into ASUC leadership development. It directs the Chief Personnel Officer to ensure the Transfer Student Representative is expected to attend mandatory Executive & Appointed Officer Leadership Institute (EAOLI) trainings and invited to the Senate Leadership Institute (SLI). This aims to enhance transfer student representation and facilitate their connection with campus leaders, while also establishing a clear timeline for the Advocacy Agenda's adoption during SLI.
