Creating a Standardized Onboarding Process for Support Staff

This resolution amends ASUC Bylaws to establish a standardized "ASUC 101" onboarding training for all ASUC personnel, to be delivered by the Chief Personnel Officer at each unit's first All-Staff meeting. It requires units to provide advance notification to the CPO and mandates the Senate Leadership Institute to train Senators on staff onboarding procedures. This initiative aims to ensure consistent core information, enhance institutional memory, and promote equity and accessibility for all ASUC personnel.
