SR 25/26-123:For Transfer Student Equity in ASUC Recruitment and Selection

This resolution directs the Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) to investigate ASUC components for potential discrimination against transfer students in their application and interview processes, guided by the Transfer Student Representative (TSR). This action aims to ensure equitable access to ASUC opportunities for transfer students, addressing concerns about historical disadvantages in recruitment. If discrimination is found, a public report will be presented to the Governance and Internal Affairs Committee, and the TSR may convene a meeting with the CPO to achieve a remedy. The resolution takes effect after the 2026-2027 Transfer Student Representative is sworn in.
