Establishing the Undocumented Student Affairs Commission

This resolution establishes the Undocumented Student Affairs Commission, expanding the ASUC's commitment to supporting and advocating for undocumented students at UC Berkeley. It creates a permanent structure to provide essential resources, foster community, and address the unique academic, social, and cultural needs of undocumented students. The commission will be allocated $3,000-$6,000 in ASUC funding for its initial year (2026-2027) and will be eligible for further funding in Spring 2027.
