This resolution establishes the Student-Campus Leadership Safety Communication Initiative as a permanent ASUC program, starting Spring 2026. It mandates two bi-semester Student–Campus Leadership Safety Panels, open to all students, and dedicates thirty minutes of two Senate meetings per semester for structured student-leadership communication on campus safety. Additionally, it requires the ASUC to develop and distribute an end-of-semester Student Safety Reporting Form, compile results into a Semester Student Safety Report, and convene early-semester follow-up meetings with UC Berkeley administrative leadership to address identified safety needs.
