This resolution mandates live subtitles for all ASUC Senate, Committee, and Executive meetings in the Senate Chambers to enhance accessibility for students, including those registered with the Disabled Students’ Program. It directs the Executive Vice President, Senate Vice Chair, and Administrative office personnel to ensure captions are used and to publish an "Operation Captioning" policy. The policy will cover approved tools, caption display, backup procedures, and accommodation requests, with implementation starting in Spring 2026.
