Establishing the ASUC Donor & Alumni Relations Committee

This resolution amends ASUC Bylaw 3416 to establish the ASUC Donor & Alumni Relations Committee, succeeding the previous University Development and Alumni Relations Committee. The new committee will focus on cultivating sustainable donor networks and strengthening alumni engagement to enhance the ASUC's financial stability and student services. It will also ensure student representation and input in UC Berkeley's University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR) initiatives.
