Establishing the Restorative Justice Resource Hub Charter

This resolution establishes the Restorative Justice Resource Hub Charter Program as an official ASUC charter program dedicated to restorative justice education, community-building, research, and service at UC Berkeley. The Hub will provide training, workshops, and resources to help students and campus entities address conflict and harm through restorative practices, fostering accountability and repair. It is mandated to become an ASUC Chartered Program by December 2026, ensuring a sustainable and formalized space for these critical services.
