University External Affairs Committee Adjustment for Requestee Presence

This resolution mandates that the ASUC University and External Affairs Committee (ExComm) implement the same presentation standards as the Finance Committee. This change requires a representative from the sponsoring RSO or a primary author/sponsor to be present at ExComm meetings to present their bill. If no representative is present, the motion will be automatically Tabled until the next regular meeting, ensuring all bills, regardless of their nature, receive thorough scrutiny and student-led advocacy before becoming official Association policy.
