This resolution urges the ASUC to establish a standardized ethical review process for all corporate partnerships and promotional activities within the Martin Luther King Jr. Student Union. This process, to be overseen by the 2026-2027 and all following ASUC MEMSSA Senators and chairs, will ensure alignment with existing ASUC Finance Committee ethical guidelines, including adherence to Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) compliance standards. It aims to ensure that student fees and campus retail spaces reflect the ethical values and political commitments of the student body.
