Standing in Solidarity with Farmers’ Protests in India and the Sikh Farming Community

This resolution directs the ASUC to stand in solidarity with farmers protesting in India, especially the Sikh farming community, and to affirm support for Sikh students impacted by these events. It encourages educational programming and events to raise awareness about the protests' social, economic, and political implications. The ASUC will also explore opportunities for financial support or co-sponsorship for cultural and advocacy events hosted by student groups such as the Sikh Student Association.
