It mandates the implementation of a standardized three-strike policy for room booking cancellations, ensuring RSOs receive warnings and grace periods before events are canceled for minor administrative errors. A progress report detailing proposed or implemented changes is required within one academic semester to ensure accountability and transparency for student organizations.
