This resolution officially recognizes May as National Foster Care Awareness Month and reaffirms the ASUC Senate's commitment to supporting CE3 affiliated programs, including Berkeley Hope Scholars. It directs the Executive Vice President to establish a working relationship with Berkeley Hope Scholars and invite a program representative to present to the Senate by the second meeting of April, starting with the 2026-27 Senate term. The resolution also calls upon university administration to enhance financial aid and support services for foster students to improve retention and graduation rates.
