This resolution directs amendments to ASUC election bylaws (4203, 4105, 4204) to establish a defined campaigning timeline, clarify access to preliminary election results, and prohibit candidates from running for multiple positions. It also shifts the 2026 ASUC election voting period to April 13-15 to ensure religious accommodation and moves up the Appointed Officer nomination process to February/March. These changes aim to enhance election equity, reduce candidate burnout, and uphold the integrity of the ASUC electoral system for all students.
