Consolidating the ASUC Basic Needs Committee, Basic Needs Fee Oversight Committee, and Housing Security Deposit Fee Oversight Committee into the ASUC Basic Needs Advisory Committee

This resolution consolidates the ASUC Basic Needs Committee, Basic Needs Fee Oversight Committee, and Housing Security Deposit Fee Oversight Committee into a new ASUC Basic Needs Advisory Committee. This consolidation aims to create a more efficient and collaborative structure for addressing critical student basic needs, such as food and housing insecurity, which impact a significant portion of the student body. It amends ASUC Bylaws 3423, 3404, and 3409 to formalize the new committee structure and suspend/reserve the old bylaws, ensuring better coordination and oversight of basic needs resources and student fees.
