This resolution formally recognizes the Berkeley Medical Reserve Corps (BMRC) as a critical partner for student safety and medical education on campus. It directs the ASUC to increase awareness among Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) about BMRC's free medical coverage and advocate for BMRC's inclusion in campus event emergency planning with the Chancellor's Office. The ASUC will also collaborate with university administration to explore pathways for BMRC's formal recognition as a campus EMS agency, enhancing overall campus emergency preparedness.
