Asked members to submit content for the April newsletter and announced the ASUCAA Advisory Committee Board will meet in early April. She highlighted the Edmonds x ASUC Trivia Night and an upcoming April entertainment panel featuring 10 to 15 panelists. Her office is also preparing social media coverage for executive candidate debates to boost voter engagement.

Asked senators to submit confirmed March events for the ASUC March Newsletter by March 3 and fill out the data tracker for the upcoming Alumni Newsletter. Her office is also working on a voter guide for upcoming elections and preparing for an Alumni and Donor Relations meeting on March 2.

Reported that the OCCO hiring process is nearly finished and the Elections InfoSession graphic was posted. On February 13, she will meet with ASUC Alumni to explore extending alumni benefits. Upcoming projects include the ASUCAA Welcome Back newsletter, Chief Appointed Apps graphics, an ASUC Town Hall graphic, and an ASUC Elections voter guide graphic.

Reported on hosting recent ASUC info sessions and participating in Calapalooza. Upcoming projects include publishing the ASUCAA Welcome Back newsletter highlighting fall achievements, promoting elections info sessions, and hosting an entertainment panel with LBSA. Arteaga also offered free Olipop drinks to student groups hosting campus events.

Urged students to fill out the Student Spaces Survey and reminded members to submit the ASUC tabling Google form before events. She announced an upcoming three-day RRR week coffee study jam in the Senate Chambers in collaboration with AuraCafe, featuring free coffee. Arteaga also noted the ASUC newsletter release and ongoing work on the alumni newsletter.

Announced that printed ASUC brochures are being distributed to nine locations and internal merchandise is being produced. She urged members to repost the ASUC newsletter sign-up graphic ahead of its early November release and to promote the Elections Council Chair opening. Finally, Arteaga reminded officials to treat the ASUC photographer with respect at events.

Met with Senator Sara Terán's office on plans for an ASUC brochure targeting community spaces by early November. Internal ASUC merchandise is scheduled for mid-October. Arteaga announced that request forms for graphic design, LinkedIn posts, and complimentary event photography—excluding private all-staff photo shoots—will be released Monday.
